Spearheaded by a coalition of Lehigh University Alumni, South Mountain Way is dedicated to enabling wrestlers to access NIL opportunities through partnerships with corporate brands, in addition to developing wrestlers through non-NIL initiatives such as the innovative Leadership Pact.
